His slender yet muscular body usually dressed in casual clothes such as t-shirts, casual shirts, jackets, and cardigans. Making his style tends towards casually casual in various situations.

Even when he became a vampire, it didn't change much for the nature of the second son of the Voltaire family. Czeszar continues to carry out his activities as usual, only changing from day to night and in a room with minimal access to sunlight. The two opposites coin, the charismatic one yet having sadistic side inside. However, Czeszar's joy is to hunt his prey.

He will not hesitate to murder regardless of who and without showing mercy except in certain conditions. Often use his attractive traits to lure the target to fall into his trap, Czeszar satisfied his bloodlust side. The compassion he had as a human before, has run aground, leaving only a little due to the never-ending thirst.

Making the users of any power except physical is no other than mere human in front of Czeszar. The distance is his weakness. Czeszar can only activate his ability through one-tap physical contact and if the target is too far away or out of Czeszar's focus, his powers will not function properly.

Since he was young, Czeszar has learned many things as the son of the most influential nobleman in Great Britain. Swordsmanship and chess are his passion, the two things he likes the most among the various teachings from his tutors.  Growing into an adult and now living in the modern era, Czeszar has an interest and talent in playing the piano. Despite his independent streak, it is not to say Deckard would completely reject all assistance, if only he was forced into a desperate measure.

Deckard was shown to be highly intelligent and charismatic, his most prominent aspect of his personality is his strong fixation on perfecting his pedagogy.
